Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping applies only when explicitly stated and is subject to any applicable conditions, including minimum purchase requirements or promotional terms shown at checkout or on the product page.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using major U.S. carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Risk of Loss

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

If your shipment appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, you may contact us at info@curiositydistrict.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@curiositydistrict.com including your order number and photos (if applicable).

Damaged or incorrect items are not subject to any restocking or return shipping fees. We will cover return shipping and work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns, Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

If you choose to return an item for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment, the return will be subject to a restocking fee of $15.

The restocking fee includes the cost of return shipping, as well as inspection, handling, and repackaging.

Restocking and return shipping fees:

  • Are deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected

  • Do not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions:

  • Apply only when explicitly stated

  • May be limited by order value, product type, location, or time period

  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified

If a free shipping promotion applies, it will be reflected at checkout.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
