Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or other proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
  • Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking & Return Fee

For approved returns, a restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
This fee includes the cost of return shipping, inspection, handling, and repackaging.

The restocking fee does not apply if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@curiositydistrict.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, you won’t be charged any restocking or return shipping fees.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
